Okay so I know it has been forever and I am sure no one reads this anymore but if you do you probably already know that I am pregnant and have spent the last 3 months on the couch as the picture below demonstrates how our fourth of July went. I have been soooo sick. The last couple weeks I have been feeling better but boy was it a long three months. I am due February 14th and we are having a girl. I am nervous, overwhelmed, and still trying to get used to the idea of having a girl. I think I have said it like a million times in my head trying to make myself believe it. I always pictured myself as a boys mom I don't even know if I will know what to do with a girl. I am so grateful that she is healthy though and everything looks great. Bring it on pink, bows, dresses, dolls, here we go!

i still check in on your blog - glad to see a new post -- and such an exciting post. It makes my stomach turn to see you laying there -- just remembering those days -- so not fun!
I felt the same way after having 2 girls -- I wondered what I would do with a boy -- turns out -- I LOVE him! :)
You'll do great - she'll wrap Wes in no time too :)
Congratulations! A little Lani! So, so cute! I can't wait to see and meet the little cutie pie! Any names picked out? Congrats again!
YAY!!!!! I am so happy. I knew it would be a girl! I had a feeling. You will be a great girl's mom. Any names yet? I bet there are tons of beautiful hawaiian names. Congratulations!
wish it were me having a girl! lol congrats! hope she's as pretty as her mommy!
OK you probably don't remember me :) but I'm Cam Fisher's sister, and your post inspired me to comment, because I felt just like you when I found out I was having a girl. My whole life I imagined having a son. Girl-world was scary and foreign, even with my 3 nieces around me. But, I can tell you for me anyway, I love having a girl so far (she's only 7 months) and it is plenty fun. Good luck :)
I read.....and you know that I love that it's a girl!
Congrats on the baby girl...coming soon. If she's anything like my little girl, she'll probably just play with all her big brother's toys and occasionally like a necklace or bow. She is only 2 and I'm sure she'll develope her own style of play soon enough. She does like to wear dresses, but she wears them while riding bikes and racing cars. I'm sure you'll be just fine!!!
are you still alive?
Advice? No. You know me and girls...I have no idea what the hell I'm doing. But, your girl will be awesome. Sassy, rip your balls off kind of gal and that's so much better than one who just flies around in the wind. She'll keep her feet firmly planted. You'll fall in love with her.
